The Power Pack was formed in 2005 by a group of parents who felt there was a lack of opportunities for their disabled children. This lack of activities had an impact on the whole family and so the group started to organise events and activities that all family members could enjoy. The activities included art, drama, music, sport and social events.

What the Power Pack means to me By Frankie aged 15

Power pack is a great way for young people with disabilities to get together and have fun; Like days out, trips, holidays and all kinds of  activities. Its also a chance for families to meet other families with similar
situations. Its been really great being part of power pack, I've made some good friends and had loads of fun.
